The statistical support services (“StatHelp”) provided by Stat-Ease, Inc. are intended to assist and enhance the design of experiment (“DOE”) studies of Stat-Ease customers. It is important for customers to understand and acknowledge the following disclaimer before utilizing StatHelp:

  1. Purpose of Services: Stat-Ease provides DOE support services through StatHelp for general informational and analytical purposes only. StatHelp output, including recommendations, results and insights, should be interpreted as tools for decision-making rather than absolute conclusions, and are not intended to be a replacement for formal statistical consulting conducted by expert advisors.
  2. Disclaimer of Liability: While Stat-Ease strives to provide accurate and reliable DOE recommendations, Stat-Ease does not guarantee specific outcomes or results or that these will be free of error. Factors beyond Stat-Ease’s control, such as data quality and external variables, can influence the interpretation of output.   4. Confidentiality: Stat-Ease takes measures to maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and information. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that the data shared with Stat-Ease does not violate any applicable laws and regulations including with respect to data privacy and personal information, confidentiality agreements or other legal agreements.
